The staff and doctor were great. The exam was efficient and they were very attentive to my needs and selection for glasses. The only reason why I marked down one star was because the outside of the building does not present how good the practice is. The inside of the building is very nice and clean, so please don’t be fooled by the exterior
The staff is always very pleasant. The eye doctor is very knowledgeable and addresses any eye issues with a sound plan. We discussed contacts, which I have tried in the past. He gave me two options and trial pairs to test out to find the right fit.
Approximately a year and a half ago, I decided to get my DMV vision requirements taken care of because I didn't want to go through all the time consuming process that usually normal,there, etc. During my eye exam for my driver's license, The Doctor 1st had me look through the machine to check eye accuracy for my right eye. I saw and read all his letters and numbers are correctly Well, before testing my left eye, Dr. abruptly stops, says "I have to take my cell phone call. He left the room for 10 minutes, returned, and said I needed glasses! He rigged left eye exam; I reluctantly forced to pay$400+ glasses I did not need! Vindication:following Ophthalmologist exam, eyesight proved I still have 20/20! No glasses needed, proving Dr at H. Rubin is a SCAM!!! Stay away from this Fraudulent Dr.w/used car salesman tactics! Blatant Fraudster! P.S. My restrictions on my driver's license have been removed! No thanks to H. Rubin's eye Doctor!! I knew my exam was rooked!!!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The staff was so friendly and the doctor was so thorough and kind. I appreciated every minute of my appointment.
Welp, haven't been to a vision center I can now call my eye doctor everyone was PERFECT receptionist was sooo helpful answering all my questions and giving over my coverage with me. The lady who help me pick my glasses out was a DOLL ☺️ and the doctor was quick professional and helpful. Thank you for helping me see
