Absolutely most excellent care! From the moment I walked in for my appointment until the time I finished, I was treated with respect. The employees at this office on Auburn Avenue are kind and caring. After all of the tests, Mrs. Owens, PA-C, explained different issues I have and what the solutions would be. She allowed me to ask questions about any procedures I might be having and didn't just blow me off. I really felt cared for. Side note. Please be kind to the office staff. They're working diligently to make sure everyone that comes in is taken care of in a professional and timely fashion.

Great staff!! Awesome front office staff.Wonderful staff in optical dispensary, with plenty of choices for frames that look perfect for each face. Lots of add ons for glass ware available. As in traditional bifocals as well as traditional bifocals. Transitional darkening for outside and lightening for inside. I also chose a non glare add on, and plastic lens for a lighter weight lens, with resistance to scratching added as well. This group works well with each other and are all about the individual needs of each person. I highly recommend this group. Thank you for all you do for all of us.

I felt right at home with all the workers. Quiet relaxed rooms and care was given to me. Quick referral and care appointment given for farther care. Thanks to all, even the lady that gave me directions when I got turned around on the way to your office.

The staff at Haik Humble Retina Center is very friendly, and makes patent comfort their priority. Doctor Grigorian took the time to talk with me and answered my questions in a very calm, non-rushed way. When I see Mrs. Davidson for eye injections, she is very gentle (well, as gentle as possible when sticking a needle in your eye...), answers my questions and makes sure I am doing okay before leaving. Again...in a non-rushed manner. When a student is shadowing, Dr. G and Mrs. Davidson are instructing and explaining what to observe during the examination. We are blessed to have Dr. Grigorian, Mrs. Davidson, and this caring staff in our area.

He’s nice and he explained about my eyes. I have Cataracts and he gave me option…to get new glasses but will have to wait another year before surgery OR have surgery and get new glasses later. Just save my money and he is thoughtful. He treated my mother the same way. I would prefer him than other doctor.
