Walmart Vision Center

Absolutely LOVE Walmart vision in West Monroe. I've been going there for approximately 3 years. The doctor is awesome and goes above and beyond as well as the employees. I recently had a problem with theft at my mailbox and needed to file a claim through USPS for contacts I ordered and not being smart with technology, I was unable to do it on my own. Well, the employees at The vision center in West Monroe was so kind and took the time to help me file my claim. I don't know what I would do without them. I tried them based on a referral from a co-worker after I had a terrible experience at another eye care facility. So I was a bit guarded going in… Dr. Scogin was professional, experienced, he explained why he was doing certain tests, what he was looking for and overall was very thorough. I got the impression he really knew what he was doing. The office manager (I believe Kim is her name) took over all the details and getting me fixed up in a new pair of glasses. She explained things in detail, she was extremely thoughtful to be sure the frames we found would allow the lens type I wanted to ensure the clearest vision with no distortions. She took measurements of absolutely everything more than once to make sure the order would be perfect. She was also honest about what frames did and did not look good on me! Kim mentioned she has something like 20 years experience and Dr. Scogin has 30 years and it shows. I picked up the glasses today and they are perfect. The entire staff really knows their craft. They were all so down to earth and completely professional. I highly recommend this team!
