Very nice place. Had Dr Todd do my eye exam, very very nice. Penny helped me very much, went over my options made everything very clear so I wasn't confused on which ones my insurance covered. Also helped me make the final decision. She's so very nice I can't wait to go back!
Friendly and great service! Highly recommend I have to edit my review after my experience with my glasses order. I stand by the staff being awesome, no change there. Whatever lab they use though is ridiculous. Took 3 weeks for my glasses to come in and the lenses weren’t even close to what was ordered. So I guess now I’m going to have to wait another 3 weeks to get my glasses. I plan to still get my exams there because the staff is great, but I will never order another pair of glasses from them again. It’s the longest I’ve had to wait ever to get the wrong thing. Not happy right now. Got my glasses today and they’re ok. Staff once again great, but still going elsewhere for glasses from now on.
Great experience, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor took time to make sure everything was correct and didn't rush through exam.
Very friendly and helpful staff and doctor. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day for my appt but they were able to accommodate me for the same day with an opening. Very helpful in helping me pick out a pair a glasses. Highly recommend.
Great first time here! Exam was quick and easy. Doctor was very personable. Had lots of help looking for glasses and was well taken care of. Will definitely be keeping Hamburg Optical as my eye doctor!
