Joan is always extremely helpful and kind. I have gone to hear for my eyewear needs for a decade. I am making sure to get my new pair of glasses from her while visiting family even though I moved to a different state because I trust her that much and she does that great of a job!

Joanie is very kind. Chatty and determined to find me the best fit, nicest look, and most suitable features for my first-ever glasses. I was very nervous and defensive. Joanie put me at ease. I have been back for every update since then, always great service!

Joan is the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever encountered. Even if she doesn’t have what you’re looking for, she will special order things in and work as hard as she can until you are completely satisfied. I can’t stress how much she cares about her customers and their eyesight. She is also very welcoming and provides great advice and gets to know you as a person.

Extremely rude and condescending. Would never recommend to anyone. Went in on a Monday afternoon, no one came to help even though there is a doorbell when you walk in. Finally a women came to the front. She looked shocked to see customers and treated us extremely rude. Refused to let us look at any saftey glasses or regular glasses since we may not be purchasing that very day. Seems as those she wants to drive business out the door. Would not even get a free pair of glasses from here.
