I had a simply terrific experience having my eye exam at North and Watson. The tech who did the intake was great and Dr. Jefferson Lin was just fantastic. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me answers to questions that previous doctors either did not know or wouldn't take the time. I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and there was a discount for that method of payment. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
Wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I had a great experience from the moment I walked into their lobby, through the exam, and checkout. I will definitely return when I need another eye exam. 10/10!
