Checked in and got helped out swiftly. Dr was straight forward and answered all my questions. Not very conversational but nonetheless getting the job done. Lady who helped fit my glasses was lovely and overall staff is friendly.
It's easier to make an appointment here than any other clinic I've been to. Staff are friendly, thorough, and professional, and the website offers great prices for contact lenses. They don't force you to make an account or jump through unnecessary hoops. So glad I switched from VisionWorks.
I've been a customer for over 12 years. This year they cancelled my appointment that I made because I didn't text themhalf a month before my appointment. They never called or left a voice mail. Just completely cancelled the appointment I made. And they didn't even seem to care when I called. They just said "too bad wanna reschedule" This place used to have amazing customer service that was very personable. Breaks my heart to have this kind of experience at a place I've come to know for so long.

Honestly from making the appointment to when I walked out the door, this places was on-point. Kind, Fast, Efficient with my time! Thanks to all the hard working people there to make a normally pain in the ass situation, perfection.
