I checked in with a very cheerful front desk person. I waited about 15 minutes and was called back by Dr. Tsai’s assistant. She was very pleasant and also very through in her exam. She also put numbing drops and dilating drops in my eyes. After a while Dr. Tsai came in for his exam. I was a little concerned about a possible style developing. He said it was just an oil gland and I could put a warm compress and that could help. Overall, it was a good visit.

I experienced double vision for 5 weeks and Dr Tsai is the 3rd doctor I visited to find a solution. And I did! Dr Tsai is knowledgeable and kind, I am hopeful that my eye sight will be back to normal. Thank you ! Dr. Tsai and your office staff.

Dr Tsai has been our doctor for several years. I look forward to the appointment because I get great medical care and he shows interest in me as a person. He answers my questions and includes me in decision making.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Aaron Tsai. He explained everything in detail and what I need to do moving forward. He asked if I had any future questions and I felt he listened to me. His service was excellent.
