I took my kids to Hammond Vision for a routine eye exam. To start the staff there are super friendly and very welcoming. What got me was the little to no wait time. We sat down and waited no more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. The lady in the front explained my insurance benefits to me before anything. The staff explained the preliminary examines they needed to preform and did them efficiently. All three of my kids were seen in a timely manner. The icing on the cake was Dr. Amanda Salinas. She was absolutely lovely. She made my kids feel comfortable while she did the exams, asked the kids if they had any questions and answered them. I highly recommend Hammond Vision and Dr. Amanda Salinas. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience at Hammond Vision Center. The staff was welcoming, I was seen quickly, and Dr. Garza was thorough and explained everything clearly. I left confident in my eye health and happy with my new prescription. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I didn’t wait but 5 min to been seen. Once I was with Dr. Salina’s, she was so thorough with her exam, explanation and just making my experience personal to fit me and my needs. 5 out of 5 for sure!!!! I would recommend Hammond vision center over and over, based on my experience!

I love the service we receive from Dr A. Salinas and the rest of the associates. The staff is excellent. And the eye care we received is beyond expected from needing eye exams to medical situations.

A very interesting visit to the Hammond Vision Center in downtown McAllen this afternoon. Very clean, awesome customer service, the personnel there, such as Mari, Dahlia, and Clarissa, as well as the other ladies assisting with demonstrating various eyewear, showing education on the sizes of various frames, the designs, and brand names, really made me feel comfortable. Very helpful, very patient, and really enjoyed the great customer service at this optical. To me, it means a lot! Customer service is what makes people go back and recommend this optical to others because of the variety and explanation of various frames. Thank you so much for giving me an awesome experience!
