Word of warning if you have chronic pain & go to pain clinic it doesn't matter if you have emergency to have surgery done, there is no help for severe pain you're having before surgery & after surgery. I can't believe how inhumane for relief of severe pain has gotten. I guess that's why doctor assistant suicide was born so sad 😞

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I left here in tears sitting in my car, making this review because my experience here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any doctors office! I’m a new patient was told one time I guess over the phone to be here 30 minutes early for the appointment. I’m having memory issues which was the whole reason I was going to the appointment nowhere on any of the apps I filled out did it say Remember new patient be here 30 minutes early. I got here at 9:45 for a 10 o’clock appointment and was treated like an idiot! I could’ve filled out the paperwork in the 15 minute's I was there while they went around and made me feel stupid and like I was a bother and wasn’t sure whether they were gonna see me or not. Got to the back And the assistant nurse lectured me again and I asked to speak to a manager and by the time I got the manager, they told me I couldn’t have my appointment anymore. I have never been treated like this before!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THANKS FOR RUNNING OF A NEW PATIENT!
Whoever the on call Dr is for this week, has proven not to care for patients. When your regular pharmacy are out of meds you've taken for over 40 yrs & you find a pharmacy that has them but you need them resent. That is definitely a sorry Dr. I understand things happen, but for a 3 day period, not only, is it unprofessional, but it's unacceptable! I'll change to a better group of Dr's. Word of mouth gets around rather fast. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HARBIN CLINIC!! Decades ago, Harbin was a great business, but fast forward, it's no longer the Harbin Clinic it once were. No excuse!!
I’ve worn glasses nearly my entire life and I’ve gone here for my eye care needs. They are professional and thorough. They spend the appropriate amount of time talking with me and documenting my condition and any changes. I also use the harbin clinic optical shop and can’t recommend them enough. Barry is an expert and amazing at helping choose the right frame for your prescription and your face/overall style. Going to the doctor is usually far from enjoyable but I look forward to visiting the optical shop!
I had a nice experience here. The receptionist at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The nurses and doctors that took care of me were very nice and caring. I visited here for physical exam and finished it quickly. Helpful and vibrant atmosphere.
