I absolutely love Harbison Eye Care. The ladies made me feel like family. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door until the time I left. I would definitely recommend them from eye exams to frames and lenses
From beginning to end a great experience. Friendly staff and doctors. Explain everything very clearly, very thorough exam and visual scan option so you don't have to deal with getting your pupils dilated. My glasses were just for distance, driving and watching TV. Had them in a few days, came with a great case , cloth and eyeglass cleaner. Definitely my eye care place
The team is amazing super kind and efficient. I went for glasses, contacts, and the digital exam. The process went by so quick. Mind you I was a walk in! I was there for an hour and 10 mins tops for EVERYTHING! Then, they called me in 3 days saying my glasses were ALREADY READY. I have been getting daily headaches and eye pressure struggling and they called me in 3 days for pick up!! I was am so happy. The staff is amazing, the doctor is amazing! It was a very pleasant experience, from now on I will always go to them!
My little one and I had a very good experience here. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Dr Allison was really good with my little one during the eye exam. She made her feel very comfortable. We even had great assistance while picking out glasses for the first time. There are plenty options to pick from. Also the facility is very clean! God Bless all the staff ♥️🙏
Was just here today and they were AWESOME!!! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The optometrist took her time with making sure had a thorough exam and made him feel very comfortable throughout the process, which is huge because he is usually a jitter bug! Ari helped us through the whole process of picking his glasses and took her time to break everything down in a personable and helpful way! I knew from just about five minutes of being there that I would be switching providers and moving all of us there! Also depending on your insurance you can get same day glasses which was BEA-U-TIFUL for us as we needed them there and then. 10/10 would recommend Ari and this business any day!!
