Although Dr. Ramsey is sweet as pie, I Do not understand how this place is still in business the staff are very inappropriate downright rude even for no reason I'm not a ugly person. I've never asked a confrontating question. I just consistently get met with rudeness always. They never ever answer the phone I am switching doctors although I have been with her for almost 12 years since she was in Walmart. I have decided to switch doctors because I have called every single business day for thirty days and cannot get somebody on the phone. They text you afterwards. And I'll tell them.I need to make an appointment and then they say they don't have appointments for a while i say that's fine i still need the appointment and then nothing ever get scheduled. Not only has this been consistent for the past 30 days, but this has been consistent for the past several years. I really do like Doctor Ramsey. But I have to go

I was able to get an appointment for an exam about a week after I called. The appointment time was PERFECT because it was later than most offices were open so my partner didn't have to take time off to be home with the kids. The office was bright and clean. The admin staff was great and the clinical assistant was FABULOUS. Dr. Ramsey is incredibly personable and kind. I will absolutely return in a year for a follow up, and would trust her if needed before then, too!

yes Dy Ramsey was very nice & friendly. however once we determined the correct prescription for my husband and I , we placed the order. 3 weeks later nothing we went back to see what was the issue, since 1-NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. once there she informed us the order was never place!!! so even though frustrate we proceeded to place... guess what my husband order didn't show up till a month later, excuse that there was shortages with his eye brand! so we did some investigating on our own , that was false . My contacts she personally delivered a month 1/2 later! i would never go through such aggravation, and hearing my husband all that time complain...

I visited Harbor Family Eye Care, for the first time, today. Dr. Ramsey is a very personable and consummate professional, and everyone in the office is warm and friendly. I am normally shy and rather withdrawn, in new surroundings, but I actually had a good time. Everyone put me at ease, immediately. It doesn't get better than that. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They are awesome!
