Highly recommend! The staff at Harbor Optical are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I took my daughter to a chain optical office and was given incorrect information. The Dr and staff at Harbor Optical did not push an unnecessary prescription and were clear that they never aim to do so. They made my daughter feel comfortable and explained every part of the exam. If you want an accurate exam by a team of knowledgeable and kind professionals, this is the place!

Extremely nice people, and their service is top-notch. We really enjoyed the variety of eyewear they have in store, and their willingness to spend time helping pick out the right pair. Great local company, great local family, highly recommend!

I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted (I didn't get them from here) I didn't get names but both the woman and the man who helped me were very sweet. Don't believe the lies on their reviews. The woman who complained that the man touched her child, first of all she wasn't watching her children and her child put one of those suction cups in her mouth! So yes he quickly acted and got it out of her mouth. Just because she didn't care about the safety of her child doesn't make him a monster for caring. That woman needs to learn to be a parent plain and simple. Both people working here are amazing and caring and very sweet. I recommend everyone go here for their eyeglass needs.

Harbor Optical's owners Wayne and Debbie Ross are amazing. They are extremely smart and helpful. The new doctor is amazing, Dr. Kathleen Janssen. She was so thorough and kind. I highly recommend Harbor Optical.
