Amazing service! On-Site Lab to make glasses same-/next-day! Even without insurance, the prices were comparable to VW---with insurance!!! I can't rave enough about this place; I switched from VW and AB years ago, and I couldn't be happier! My daughter broke her glasses and needed a replacement pair ASAP. We brought her in, they helped her find frames (which she absolutely loves, and as a teenager, she doesn't like anything!), and had them made the same afternoon. I had a problem with a pair of glasses (that was sent away to be made) and they sent them back, no questions asked. ...Yeah, that's pretty much what we expect to happen, but if I'm going to rave about all the other stuff that makes them unique, then I also need to tellyou how satisfied I am about all the stuff we expect them to do anyway. :-) Reasonable turn around time (when they order them from outside lab), good prices, friendly and helpful staff, and that small business feeling. Love it, love it, love it!!

Thrown off initially by the optometrist not actually being onsite. But the process was seamless and feel well served. Great frame selection, kind of pricey, but got a $150.00 veteran discount and they were running a good buy/get promotion. But I have to call out the ABSOLUTELY stellar technician, Jade, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and a lovely, pleasant, and professional person to work with. She made everything so easy.

This was my first visit with Stanton Optical and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming as I walked in the door. The store itself looked clean and organized. The associate I worked with was Caitlyn and she was wonderful and very professional throughout my whole exam. I always have such a hard time finding frames that I feel comfortable with and Caitlyn was so patient with me to help me find the right ones.

I had my eye exam with Jade and she was very sweet! made good conversation also! the process didn’t take long at all which i give thanks for. she explained to me how my insurance worked with them, walked me through the promotions they have for their glasses, gave me a nice time to try the frames with no pressure and made me feel comfortable through the process. i’m glad i decided to come here to get my eyes looked at as it’s been a few years since my last one due to anxiety about it. and the frames i picked are so cute to me!

My sister went here on Monday (08/10/2026) to be fitted for glasses and to discuss trying contacts. She said she does not remember the name of the male that helped her, but the man was very sarcastic, very rude, and when getting up close had a foul odor. She isn't the type to say something or even write a review. So thats why i am doing it. Some people have hard lives and in some cases have a hard time maintaining hygiene for whatever the reason may be and thats something we try to understand. But to be rude, make someone feel less than, AND THEN on top of that smell awful? Absolutely absurd . There are plenty of eye places in kenosha, time to up your game shopko optical.
