I had a wonderful experience today at Shopko optical! This was my first eye exam in over a decade due to health issues that had kept me bedbound. From the first person I interacted with until the last, I have nothing but good things to say. I spoke with Joe when I called and explained to him about my situation. He was super kind and understanding and respectful. He walked me through what I could expect and gave me some tips on how to make it as easy as possible. When I arrived, I interacted with a very kind woman at the front (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!). I then met Dr Mic and he couldn't have been nicer. He was incredibly kind and encouraging and supportive throughout. He made everything easy for me and explained each part as we went through the exam. I felt comfortable as well as heard. Claudia then checked me out and she finished off an amazing visit. She was sweet and personable, explaining what was included with my insurance. She helped me choose a pair od glasses that I love and was a delight to work with. Everyone had a smile and a great energy! Thank you all so much or making this experience a great one for me.
I absolutely love Joe ! He did amazing and as well as Aniyah. They are amazing employees. They pay attention too detail and go above and beyond too help there customers & makes you feel like your welcomed & at home !
I just picked up my glasses today and from the look to the prescription, they’re perfect! The staff, especially Aniyah, were so great, communicative, and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is that the place would be sooo much better with some music :)
I recently came to this location for my yearly eye exam. All around very friendly experience. Joe is the one who helped with picking my glasses out he was energetic and had a wonderful attitude. He really made the visit impeccable. Thank you
