Today I was at the Harbor Optometry place to get my new glasses. I was very pleased with their magnificent work. I have been going to this place for almost a decade, and it has been a great experience. The lady that assisted me was a kind and pleasant person. The doctor that gave me my prescription was knowledgable about her work and was precise about her recommendations. I recommend this place. (My daughter says I look like the photo, and I like it😂)

I paid for glasses and I went to go pick them up only to find out they are permanently closed down! I got robbed 150 bucks! Horrible!
I did not get my glasses they ripped me off it was closed down for good I was very mad
I've been coming here for years till January 2020. I can't believe they need the doctors permission to write the address down for my insurance when for the past 4 years or so they just stamped the thing. I was asked to wait 40 minutes. After 25 I'm gone for good. Thanks but no thanks. Also very limited to guys. Back shelf, way back. Like no more than 10 to 12 pairs.
When you find out someone has a previous name from a name change, you don’t call them by the previous name. I’m not sure how confusing it is to simply call someone by their current name when their ID and forms all list their current name. It’s really not that difficult to use the correct name and pronouns when you find that someone has previous information that’s different. Do better.
