Long wait time for glasses, waited for 2 months without any call back from the office. Bad customer service, and the glasses that change colors during bright sunlight is very minimal. If possible, never do customizations or upgrades at this place. $900 for 2 bad glasses are a scam. Got recommended by United Eye Care, but from the service to product and pricing are all disappointing. Never coming back!

I BROUGHT VERY EXPENSIVE VERSACE FRAMES TO BRISTOL OPTOMETRY TO HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION LENS PUT IN. 3 WEEKS LATER, THEY CALLED ME TODAY & SAID THEY WERE IN , BUT BOTH THE LEGS "WITH THE DESIGNER EMBLEM" ARE MISSING. THEY SAID THEY CALLED THE LAB & NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM & THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THEY COULD DO. TOLD ME I COULD CHOOSE ONE OF THEIR FRAMES. I SAID NO I WANT MY EXPENSIVE VERSACE DESIGNER FRAMES THAT I BROUGHT THER⁶E. AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME
I came with my fiancé and it was his first time having an exam. The doctor was helpful and understanding. He was glad he came when he could because he was having problems with his dry eyes. The doctor recommend him very good lubricating eye drops. He will becoming back for his yearly check up.
