Harborside Optical

Harborside Optical is amazing. There’s basically no wait time, which I really appreciate. They have a great selection of both designer and regular frames, so I actually found glasses I liked without feeling pressured. Dr. Manzo, Jillian, and Jennifer were all super friendly and welcoming. They took their time answering my questions and made the whole process easy. You can tell they actually care about patients. If you need an eye doctor, I 100% recommend Harborside Optical!

Called in as an emergency/asap patient as I had been there previously years ago but ran out of contact/broken glasses frame. Super friendly and will address all your needs and concerns. I was tempted to get some Chanel sunglasses as they have a lot of models to try on. . I’ll have to budget on my next visit for those. :) Luckily was able to secure same day appt to get glasses/contacts. Super professional and friendly, highly recommend for both regular annual visits and emergency appointments if the dr is free. Dennis and Jen - appreciate you both so very much.

Went for an eye appointment, couldn’t even see half of the screen where you read lines off and when I raised this, doctor responded rudely and said “didn’t you say before you could see” and yes I did say but that was before the screen changed and I couldn’t see the remaining half anymore. She did nothing to improve the vision and instead told me to fix it myself. The exam lasted no more than 5mins and felt super rushed. Wouldn’t be going back and recommend avoiding! Never have I seen such a careless doctor.

I’ve been going to these guys for years and they never disappoint. They make the most of my insurance benefits, so I get the best value. I also get my contacts from here and I’ve never had an issue with comfort or durability. Every time I come in they go above and beyond with their service. I have broken a pair once and lost another and the repairs and lens orders are handled efficiently, and I’m always impressed by how fast they deliver. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for high quality glasses and exceptional service.
