Wonderful staff and extremely professional. Everyone was so incredibly nice and made me feel very welcomed. Dr. East was very patient and took time to educate me about my eyes. Cole was also friendly and informative! I would definitely recommend Harman Eye Center of Amherst.
Excellent experience from check-in to check-out..! Check in was seamless, very friendly, efficient and customer service with a smile. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Exam was not rushed. She gave her full attention and professionalism was the tops! I truely enjoyed the doctors personality. He was friendly, caring and most of all explained every procedure with knowledge and patience. Picking out frames was not rushed. Technicians was thorough, and took great care to assure measurements and fit was going to be perfect. Thank you Harman Eye Center of Amherst for a 5 star experience. I will be recommending your services to friends and family.
Dr. East was super helpful in providing information about a procedure as well as going over the different brands of contacts that were switching from the current ones I use. The front desk and tech were very helpful and friendly. My mom is a current patient and recommended to this office and I am so very glad she did!
I used to dread going to the eye doctor until I found Dr East at. Harmon Eye Care. The staff is exceptionally kind and engaging and Dr East is thorough making sure you understand everything involving your condition and care. He is always striving to make your sight the best it can be. I travel 200 miles to come to this office because I have not found another practice that compares to their quality of service and care this practice provides to its patients.
The Amherst office is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dr East for several years and I just love him. He Explains everything and takes time to answer any questions or concerns! A+
