I had a wonderful experience during my annual health checkup. Getting appointment might not be quick but its worth waiting. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind from the moment I walked in, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Michael DeMaria was absolutely outstanding — positive, encouraging, friendly, and extremely skilled at what he does. He made the entire visit feel comfortable and reassuring, explained everything clearly, and genuinely radiated positivity. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Overall, an excellent experience with a great team. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional yet warm and supportive healthcare experience.

I'm new to the clinic. Judy the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Dr. Wanda is so warm and welcoming. It's nice to have a female Doctor for once..the 1st experience is very memorable and I will be continuing my career here. Also the nurse assistant that did my vitals and blood work is so warm and nice. It's so comforting to go somewhere and not be nervous and overwhelmed, that can sometimes trigger a spike in your blood pressure. Overall, this place is awesome 👌🏾

Excellent staff, everyone is very friendly. Dra Vivian Francois so kind and friendly, And the receptionist, Natacha, was very friendly; she was wonderful from the moment she answered my call until I left.

The doctors and medical assistants at this center are truly excellent. They are the reason I continue to bring my family here. Their care, professionalism, and dedication are outstanding. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and clerks are the complete opposite. They are rude, disrespectful, and lack basic courtesy. They never seem willing to help and often have a terrible attitude. It’s very disappointing. Just today, I called to make an urgent follow-up appointment for my baby after a visit to the ER. The call center was about to schedule me for the next day, but the call dropped. When I called back, I was transferred directly to the center, and the woman who answered was extremely rude and told me there was no availability and they will return the call when they have availability . I had to insist on speaking with a nurse, and only then was I able to get the appointment. It’s a real shame that such a beautiful center with amazing doctors is represented by such unprofessional front desk staff. The receptionists are the face of the clinic, and they provide terrible service. This seriously affects the overall experience for patients. It’s important to mention that this is not the first time I’ve experienced this, and I know I’m not the only one who has complained about the front desk’s poor service.

I took my mother to this location and the experience with the dental office was wonderful. I went with my mother due to a language barrier, but it did not end up being an issue. Maria the assistant was great, she was very kind, and attentive, and repeated instructions as necessary for my mother who is not the best with english. She made sure the whole process went smoothly. The dentist, Dr. Pincus, was amazing, she was knowledgeable, efficient, and helped us understand what our next steps would be. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
