Had appointment at 12, didn't take me in till 12:30. Got done with doctor and went to order glasses and was told I had to wait an hour cause they went to lunch. Next day go back to order glasses at 2:45 and was told I have to come back in a half hour cause they are at lunch. How long are they're lunch breaks? Could stay the first day and finish my appointment and still at lunch second day at almost 3:00. You just lost a patient. Thanks for your fine service!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Harris Family Eye Care! The staff went above and beyond from the moment I walked in, making the entire visit smooth and welcoming. Dr. Harris was incredibly thorough during my exam. I came in with some specific symptoms, and he made sure to cover all the bases. He took the time to show me the pictures of my eyes, explained exactly what he saw, and walked me through everything with great kindness. I left feeling well cared for and confident in his assessment. I highly recommend Dr. Harris and his team for their excellent, compassionate, and professional care!
