I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hart and the entire staff! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. Dr. Hart took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have the best possible care. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such knowledge with such a warm and compassionate approach. I left my appointment feeling confident that I had received exceptional care. If you’re looking for an optometrist who is thorough, caring, and truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Dr. Hart. I’m so glad I found this office!

Dr. Adkisson is amazing! The rest of the staff is just as friendly, accommodating and welcoming and they all are just amazing! We had a wonderful experience at your office. We drove from Bartlett, TN specifically to see Dr. Adkisson after she relocated. She is so thorough and patient with everyone. We just love her! We also appreciate all the patience and kindness from the entire staff. We came because we love Dr. Adkisson, but we quickly realized she had landed in a great place with an amazing support team. Our follow up visit was just as great too. Thank you all for making our visit so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend all of them!❤️

Dr. Emily Adkisson and her staff Amber and Macall were amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful. Her clinic is so nice and clean. Definitely 10/10 I recommend.

This practice is amazing! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience there and highly recommend if you need an eye doctor and live or work close enough to Medina to go there, do it! Their business model of customer-forward service and honesty is so appreciated. In a time where most healthcare interactions feel transactional, Hart Eyes makes you feel like they genuinely want what’s best for you, the patient.

I absolutely enjoyed my first time at Hart Eyes. The eye doctors are too sweet and make you feel right at home for a first timer. 10/10 definitely recommend
