We have used Dr Hart since soon after she opened. Yes it takes a long time to get an appointment since there were 2by other doctors with her that moved away. She has always been amazing and found things othet doctors missed. Her equipment is the most accurate and very advanced also.

Went in for a emergency visit they took me in and they were very kind and helpful. Everyone was great. The new eye doctor there is very nice and I really like her. So glad I went and going back for a full eye exam. Thanks girls.

Tried calling to make an appointment as a new patient (only place in West Plains that takes my insurance) and didn’t realize that I called 30 minutes before they closed. The person who answered my call was very rude and snarky while explaining that they’re currently not accepting new patients. As I was saying thanks for her time and trying to apologize for calling so late she hung up on me.
