Walmart Vision Center

Yeah okay thanks a lot for giving me glasses that I can legitimately see my own reflection of my eye in when im driving to drive! Now I wont be able to pass my drivers test for probably another year because guess what, yall stole money from me that we dont have. I can see 3 feet ahead of me. The lens was fine during the appointment, I get my glasses and look at the wall and its fine because it's a blank wall, I get home and see double when I read. Thanks a lot you guys are horrible.

Outstanding customer service. That Doctor is okay too. LOL I've been here three times in three years and never had an issue. Insurance was handled professionally and frames were awesome. I have no idea why anyone would have an issue with this Eye Care Facility. Thanks again folks. And all kidding aside, that Optician is awesome.

My eye exam with Dr. Rivera was fantastic. Highly recommend him. My issue came when my glasses came in 8 days later on 11/21 The tech was not personable at all. When I put the glasses on, I immediately knew something was off. She never smiled even when greeting me. She was snarky when she said you know it takes a bit to adjust. I told her this was more than that. She took my glasses and came back and said. The prescription is right, the numbers were typed into the computer wrong, we will have to remake them. So I asked if it would be another week plus, especially with the holidays approaching and she said yep that's about how long it takes or a little longer. Most reputable places check the glasses when they come in against the prescription, then notify the customer. This issue should have been caught then! Very poor customer service.

Had a emergency and was in alot of pain. A piece of metal was buried in my iris. Rivera and the staff where fully booked for the day but where kind enough to schedule me between appointments to remove the piece of metal out of my eye. I am very grateful and appreciate them very much!

First of all they hired someone new. The new person has been there a while now and is just not getting it. Wasted my gas and time multiple times for scheduling issues. On top of those issues the other people that work there are rude and for this area that is uncommon to see. Lastly the doctor is second rate. There is a reason he only has three stars. My guess is that is why everyone is rude there, stuff rolls downhill. I will update this review if anything changes but for now I will see a real eye doctor, instead.
