Tracy was amazing. She took her time to teach my daughter not only how to insert and remove her contacts, but also the difference between her left and right prescription contact lens. I've been a patient at this office since 2017, before Dr. Jerry Latham retired and MyEyeDr. took over his practice. I originally had LASIK in Canada in 2000, and by 2017 I noticed my vision was starting to change. At that point, I only needed glasses or contacts for distance mainly driving or riding my motorcycle. Reading and computer glasses had been part of my life for years, but my prescription rarely changed. In recent years, I've found myself needing updates almost every year. During my time here, I've seen several different doctors and have noticed quite a bit of staff turnover. Through all those changes, one person has remained consistently outstanding: Shay. Shay is always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain things, makes every visit comfortable, and has a wonderful personality that shines through even on the busiest days. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so consistently kind. MyEyeDr. is fortunate to have Shay on their team. She is the reason I continue returning to this location, and she deserves recognition for the exceptional care she provides. Thank you, Shay, for always making my visits a positive experience.

I have very bad anxiety and I was very nervous but after leaving here I was relaxed and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr to everyone.
