I bring my daughter here for her vision care and I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff is warm and welcoming, and we’ve never had to wait long to be seen. The technicians and optometrists are patient, kind, and thorough, which is exactly what you want when it comes to your child’s eye health. The opticians who help with frame selection, pricing, and insurance coverage are wonderful. They walk you through everything in detail and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Nothing feels rushed or overwhelming. Every single visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole process. Usually when I go for appointments there's a long waiting time, people are rude, and you just feel like you're there bothering them. But with Hastings vision clinic we were welcomed as soon as we walk through the door with big smiles, everyone was so friendly and the process was quick and very professional.
