The staff at Shopko Optical in Hastings have been fantastic. Everyone who helped me there was friendly, knowledgeable accommodating. I must single out Melissa who was so patient and went way beyond what was expected of her. I also want to especially thank Dr. Weakland. I came to her a bit teary and anxious. She so very professionally took care of my vision problem. Thanks to all of you for your care, concern and helpfulness!

MELISSA WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE PERFECT FRAME FOR MY FACE! SHE GAVE ME ALL THE TIME IT TOOK ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS! I'D RECOMMEND THEIR STORE TO EVERYONE!!! THANKS MELISSA!

Seriously the BEST staff with thorough attention to detail. I had 2 daughters who were new contact wearers, and the staff did everything to make sure my daughters were comfortable and seeing correctly. We took much more time than the allotted time for an exam, but they always made us feel welcome. Our satisfaction was their #1 priority. ALL staff was great, but special shout out to Ava. She was the best!!!
