They do not provide your PD which makes it difficult to purchase glasses from online retailers. I was told to “look up how to get the PD” when I requested the PD number. Horrible service.
Dr. Shaffer is great. He got me swapped over to daily contact lenses and it’s been so much better than the ones I had before. Easier to deal with and also cleaner and more sanitary for my eyes.
Had an emergency and they saw me ASAP. Everone in this office was exceptionally nice and respectful. Dr Fraysur was the best
