I would leave a negative star if possible! I went to Walmart Vision Center and received a quote for glasses. The lady took my insurance info and checked my insurance and told me how much they would be. The cost was a little cheaper than another store, so I went with them. Two months later, I received a bill in the mail for $50. Tried calling the number on the bill numerous times and could not get anyone. I called the store and they said they would check on it. When I called them back, they told me that one of the lens was not covered. I called my insurance and they said it was covered. I went into the store with the bill and the manager said she would check into it and call me back that day. Almost two weeks later I had still not heard back. I called again and she said it wasn't covered and I would need to get with insurance. I reminded her that I went with them due to the price being cheaper but they were not cheaper with a $50 bill! I have been trying to resolve this for two months, and have just decided to pay the bill and chalk it up to bought experience. My advice is DO NOT GET GLASSES FROM WALMART VISION CENTER!!! THEY WILL MOST LIKELY EXTORT MONEY FROM YOU LATER.
