Love this place, especially the front of house staff. Jeni always does a great job getting our family in glasses that they not only like, but that fit our budget, and that fit amazingly well, and we always have them in a timely manner-something we’ve never had anywhere else-and they glasses are durable and always last to the next appointment, which is also something our kids never managed before. After going there for a few years, Je I even knows what styles to lean toward for everyone, not to mention she has a great eye for what looks good on people. We are always able to get a quick appointment with Dr. Marcev, and she is always quick and efficient with her patients, while always being thorough as well. She also does well with patients of all ages!

I had an 11:00 appointment today (7/14/26) and I arrived at 10:54. I was greeted by a young lady as I walked to the counter to check in, and I was given some paperwork to fill out as I had several things in my personal life that had changed since my last visit (change of address, retirement, change of insurance, etc.) After completing the paperwork, I returned it and was politely informed that I would be called back in a few minutes. I returned to my seat for about two minutes and then a young lady informed I could come back and she escorted me to a room where she performed some preliminary tests. Following this, she escorted me to another room and advised me that Dr Marcev would join me soon and she did approximately 2-3 minutes later. We talked for a few minutes prior to vision tests and I advised her that I wanted to be tested for both glasses and contacts and she conducted the tests. She then told me she would be ordering a trial pair of lenses and also gave me a prescription for eyeglasses. After leaving Dr Marcev’s care, I went back to the front counter and was asked if I wanted to look at glasses today which I did. I started to look at frames and I was joined by another young lady who patiently helped me select a pair of frames that I liked. I can’t express enough how well I was treated by everyone involved. I was in and out of the whole appointment in about 45-50 minutes, but never for a second felt rushed or that I wasn’t being thoroughly informed of all my options. It was a very enjoyable experience.
If I could leave a ZERO, that would be my choice... so where do I start?? I was sent to this establishment by the Department of Veterans Affairs because I require all female treatment teams, with no male contact. When the exam started, I was asked to face a chart with my back to the open door; while there was a male in the room next door. I asked if he would be exiting in my direction... the employee totally disregarded all HIPPA laws by discussing my medical condition with the technician servicing the people next door. I know this to be true because I could hear it. Our next stop was the previously occupied room next door. The prior occupants were leaving as I entered, and nothing in the room had been sanitized. The practice does not use the paper coverings for their exam chairs and I could actually still feel the body heat of the previous occupant. I got up and asked the attendant to clean the chair, as the headrest was covered in grease and hair products from who knows how many people before me. During the exam, I advised the optometrist that the bright light shining in my eyes was adversely affecting my active migraine with light sensitivity, and was causing ice pick like pains to my head; she had no care for the pain that was being caused. I WILL NEVER utilize this practice again, and reported the unsanitary conditions to VA so they wouldn't subject other veterans to the filth and lack of care this office displayed.
The people were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. They just made going to the eye doctor much more less anxious.
Came as a walk-in self pay, (called first to make sure they could take me) filled out paperwork, waited maybe 10 minutes. Went back straight away, got my exam, dilated and contacts in less than an hour. Dr Morgan is so sweet and the best patient/doctor attitude. The nurses and staff were also very nice and caring. Would highly recommend
