I feel very cheated by Dr. Marcev. I saw him about 6 months ago and after waiting over 2 hours he finally saw me. Two people walked out while I was there, saying the wait was too long. One woman left in tears that day. Then it was finally my turn. He was apparently in a bad mood, didn't greet me, just walked in, sat down, and started saying "One or two?" I said "May I please tell you what's been going on with my eyesight first?" He gave a long sigh, sat back in his chair, and stared at the wall, as if I'd just ruined his week or something. The exam was very rushed and very unfriendly. He muttered that he wasn't going to get his lunch break that day. Lo and behold, here I am months later with an incorrect prescription. It gives me headaches and I've simply stopped wearing them and went to my old glasses. My family doesn't have the money for multiple doctor visits and multiple glasses. I feel very unwelcome at his office which is one reason I haven't gone back in to try to ask him to correct this.

As far as the doctor himself he was good. I feel he was thorough. After finding that I have cataracts he suggested that I have another test done to further see more of my eye. I’m glad I did now. Thanks doc. Now the reason I only gave 3 stars…. My appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:29. I didn’t leave there until 4:20! This is the 2nd time I’ve been here (1st time with my husband about a year ago) and they were JUST AS BUSY! So be prepared for a wait. Other than that the ladies were great and like I said the doctor was good.

Everyone was so nice and friendly! They got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. The exam was very thorough. I will definitely be back.
