Eyemart Express

This place is hands down amazing. The customer service was incredible. I had to take my mom to get glasses on Feb. 28, 2026. The young lady who helped us was very patient with her. My mom has bone cancer and cannot stand very long so I asked for a chair so she could sit while she looked for glasses. I don't remember her name but she I remember her hair was mardi gras colors. It was cute. I thanked her afterwards for being so patient with her. I highly recommend this place. Once I move back this year I will be going here to get glasses

Small wait time, they were busy. They were friendly, well verses on their products. When i was helped i was in and out in less than 30 minutes and both pairs of my glasses were ready in under 50 mins. Had enough time to leave their place stop at the mall grab some food and went back to pick up my glasses. Wife will be going back in one week to get hers done there. Excellent place very clean. But i think they will meed to expand soon if they become more popular.

10/10 experience here. Immediately after walking into the store Sierra B came to assist me. From start to finish she was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this store more.

I actually enjoyed my experience while at Eyemart Express. The Young lady that served me was very friendly and focused on me until I walked out the door. She was able to reassure me of everything and she answer all my questions. This isn't the 1st time I've bn to Eyemart n I'll definitely go back.

I didn't like the selection of glasses where I got my eye exam done, so I went to EyeMart Express. They have lots of frames and your glasses are ready for pickup within an hour. Mine were ready within about 30 minutes. Impressive, but what really blew me away was the customer service. I was losing my health and vision insurance the next day, so l had to make a decision about how to best use my credit for glasses vs contacts. I went back and forth on my decision several times, and Morgan A. was the definition of great customer service. Not once did she seem annoyed with my requests to figure pricing with and without insurance (and with insurance again). I really appreciated her patient customer service, and I'll keep using EyeMart Express for glasses.
