Honestly such a great experience here. The staff was super friendly right when I walked in, and the doctor was on time. They were incredibly thorough with the exam and any extra costs they mentioned them before performing any extra exam. Their frame selction is also nice and I found a really nice pair of Versace glasses. Highly recommend them!
Amazing experience! Had minor eye injury, didn't make it in until 30 minutes before they close, the awesome ladies at the front got me checked-in and prepared for the doc in record time, doc came in and got right to work, super professional and so nice, everyone there was. And the place is so very clean, all the best equipment kept in stellar conditions! Doc saved my eye and vision in what seemed like seconds! I was in an out and 1000% satisfied in less than 30 minutes! Overall, hands down best medical experience of my life! Thank you to the entire staff! You all made a very scary and uncomfortable situation such a pleasant and relaxing experience! Yall are amazing!
I scheduled a routine annual eye exam because my insurance advertises a $10 copay for a yearly vision check. During the visit, I was simply asked whether I had any concerns. I honestly answered that I've had dry eyes for years. After hearing that, the doctor looked at my eyes but refused to perform the vision exam, saying my prescription would not be accurate because of my dry eyes. The biggest surprise came at checkout. Instead of the $10 copay, I was charged $60 because my appointment had been changed to a medical visit. No one explained this before the doctor started the exam, and no one gave me the option to keep my routine vision exam or schedule a separate medical visit for my dry eyes. So I ended up paying six times more than expected and still didn't receive the vision exam I came for. Patients deserve transparency. If mentioning a common issue like dry eyes changes your appointment type and increases your bill, that should be explained before any examination begins so you can make an informed decision. I left feeling misled, overcharged, and disappointed. I will not be returning, and I hope others ask about potential charges before mentioning any medical concerns during what they believe is a routine eye exam.
It was great. I highly recommend this eye center. The are very professional and helpful when I picked out my glasses and the pricing is reasonable. Love the employees ❤️🤣💕
Today was my very first time to come to this establishment and I loved it!!! They were fast, very helpful and communicative. The front desk team was great . Miranda and Saya were very nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything very throughly. Will definitely recommend everyone to come here for eye visits.
