I had such a wonderful experience at this hospital during the birth of my baby. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Every member of the staff made me feel supported, comfortable, and cared for during one of the most important moments of my life. A very special thank you to Julieth for her incredible care, patience, and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were doing well, and I will always be grateful for her kindness. I also want to give a special shout-out to Sonia! Her warm smile, encouraging words, and genuine compassion made such a difference in my experience. For giving my baby her very first bath and teaching me how to carefully bath her when I bring her home. She truly has a gift for caring for others and made me feel like family. I will never forget the comfort and support she provided. Thank you to everyone at the hospital for making the birth of my baby such a positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care. May God bless each and every one of you for the amazing work you do every day.

I had a wonderful experience at HCA Hospital. I had a shoulder replacement surgery with Dr. Horn, May 15, 2026. From the pre admission, registration, Labs, through my surgery and overnight observation: the personnel was friendly, very professional and extremely COMPASSIONATE. Regardless of the department that was handling me as a patient, I always felt that they cared for my well being. Nurses: Dana during the day and Brandy at night were both very kind, benevolent and compassionate. Especially Dana, she made sure my husband understood how to take care of me at home. I realized, we won’t probably see each other again, but her touch will stay with me forever. Five stars hospital.
I was a little hesitant about this hospital as it used to be Bayshore and I had heard horror stories about it. HCA has now taken over and I had such a great experience. The nurses are so attentive. I kept hearing a little lullaby throughout my stay and I finally asked and I was told this hospital plays a lullaby everytime a baby is born. If it’s twins, a different lullaby plays and if a baby doesn’t make it, they play a somber tune and they line up and have a moment of silence in their honor. Their hospitality is wonderful! I highly recommend this hospital! From the moment of registration throughout my entire stay, FIVE STARS from me!
Absolutely horrible. 0/100 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Arrived for a 6 am procedure about 5:30 am. Got signed in and waited and waited. Watched as other people came in and were taken to the back. Finally addressed by a very rude lady by the name of Shai informing us that we were waiting to be taken to the another building for a Echo. Completely understandable that the doctor may have ordered a last minute test. What was NOT acceptable was the nasty response when we asked questions. Shai and Audrey sat for over an hour laughing and discussing their weekend and missed informing us of the last minute change. Surgery is a big deal and waiting for ANYTHING or having delays can send anxiety and apprehension through the roof. This is why you all get bad reviews. It starts at 1st contact and if the ball is dropped due to incompetence, you can expect the worse from there. Please coach both of these women on the art of professionalism because those in the waiting area should not have to hear about their weekend tryst or escapades.
I went June 26 at 7pm the Lady gave me a vaginal ultrasound. She was pregnant. They couldn’t figure out her name but when she was in my left ovary, she just pulled it out. She didn’t go back towards the uterus and pulled out the correct way. She was all the way in my left ovary, which had no issues and pulled it out really fast. Even my friend verified that she seen her yank it out the other part of the process wasn’t bad just when she pulled it out of my left ovary here. I am for five days after surgery from coming back the next day and they finally did what they needed to do. I’m still in pain from the vaginal ultrasound she did to me. I’ve had multiple ultrasounds in the past week due To what I was going through and nothing ever felt like that she definitely did that on purpose and I even asked her when she was done I said are you seriously done? Because why did it hurt when she pulled it out nothing she did going in her near that bad, she yanked it out of me so hard that I still feel her yanking it out of me five days later, even after surgery on my belly, I still feel her pulling that thing out of me and I am very hurt physically in the vaginal area due to her yanking it out of me. I pray she never does a vaginal ultrasound on anybody else again.
