This was such a pleasant experience. From the check-in desk to the glasses selection, everything was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment immediately and was greeted with great service, even on the phone. I waited less than five minutes for my appointment, and my eye exam included fancy, high-tech tools I hadn’t seen before. The exam was thorough yet quick. The optometrist even noted my dry eyes and suggested drops for them, which had never been done for me at other facilities. They have an amazing selection of eyewear, and the whole team was enthusiastic when helping you look. Every frame I tried on looked better than the last. The selection was fantastic and included designer frames at affordable prices. My contacts and frames were incredibly affordable. I can’t wait to come back next year.
Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a new patient appointment online with HD Vision Center for 3:30 PM (within their listed hours of 10–5), made arrangements with my husband and planned my entire work day around it—only to receive ONE voicemail at 10:52 AM asking if I could instead come in at 11:30 AM because the doctor “would be out” after that time. That’s less than an hour’s notice for a completely different time. Do they seriously expect people to drop work and show up immediately? No advance notice, no flexibility, and no respect for my time. I scheduled this appointment about 24 hours in advance, which makes it even more frustrating—especially considering most offices expect patients to give at least a day’s notice for cancellations. For a first interaction, this was a terrible experience. If this is how they handle scheduling, I can only imagine how the rest of the service is. Surprised this aligns with their current rating. A one-star rating feels generous given the experience, but it’s the lowest option available. I will not be rescheduling.
