Excellent facility! They are always on top of appointments, reminding individuals before the day of and also sending you the notes of appointments. There can be delays during visit because the facility serves a large population of individuals that are typically underserved. They also sponsor community events for things such as HIV awareness and substance abuse and misuse events. Overall they provide excellent services.

My appointment was at 11am and I arrived at 10:35 because I know I will have to fill out paperwork. Around 12:20 they called a person who arrived after me. When I informed the staff that I was here before that person, they shrugged me off telling me to wait. When the original secretary came back, she first told me to sit. As I'm trying to explain that a person who came after me was called. Her response was that she wasn't at the desk when it happened. What is the purpose of signing in if they are not going to use the sheet. The front desk person was rude and I left. After waiting 2 hrs, I do not want to be seen at a place where the staff is rude.

This company refuses to allow you to cancel your insurance. There is a “grace period” for cancellation requests that forces you to stay on their insurance. There is a very rude and unprofessional “customer care” rep - Robert - that will tell you “the cancellation department will have to call you. There is no way to expedite this process”. Basically, it’s to postpone the ability to change insurances and make it extremely difficult to move on from that company. Which, will also leave you uninsured for a time while you’re in limbo between insurances. When attempting to cancel, the will say that it’s “policy” to know why - basically it’s a gimmick to tell their sales team or try and find a loophole as to why to postpone cancellation request. Do not sign up, it’s a nightmare to get out and find proper coverage.

This facility is the worst. I was given a referral to see a oral specialist, due to severe wisdom toothaches at this dental clinic. I needed them to contact my insurance so I could get a emergency referral approve immediately to see a oral specialist by my dental insurance. They didn’t show no urgency or remorse to make a simple call to my insurance to proceed the process of my emergency referral. I had to wait several days just for them to make simple call after they been notified it was emergency.

On the administrative side, I had a very poor experience. I was double-billed in error for a copay and after 3+ calls back and forth, never refunded. I was assured that a provider was covered under my insurance who turned out not to be, costing me more money. On *four* occasions within the same year, I had an appointment cancelled on me the night before, being told that the provider stopped working with them. So ultimately I decided to stop working with them also.
