Don't go here if you need anything done quickly my wife has had two different things they were supposed to refer her out for and everyone she has had to call several days for the same reply oh we will call you back later today. Always in a hurry to get paid for your visits just not in a hurry to get you the help you need do not recommend
Worst place to get any kind of help. They don't follow through on any referrals unless you hound them day after day. Then when you get to the referral they don't even send the information the other doctor will need. You will drive hours for no reason due to their lack of ability to do their jobs. Will never recommend this facility or staff ever.
This place is impossible to get a hold of. For a small office in a small town the phone and message system seems incredible difficult for them to handle. They leave a message and you return a call and you end up putting up with 5 minutes of menu tic tack toe then finally after holding for 10 minutes for a person, you get to leave a voice mail message and then maybe they will return your call when it is inconvenient for you once again. In all they need someone compitent to handle scheduling and billing questions in a timely and professional manner. Or at least get a better updated website who can do the job faster without any mistakes.
I love Dr. Kurzawa and his team! He takes his time and actually listens. I have never felt so understood and comfortable at a doctors office before. He legitimately cares about his patients and it shows. So glad he found his way to our community, we are blessed to have him!
