The Dr's bedside manners were impeccable. Explained everything to me made sure I wasn't having a problem with my eye sight. Took his time to understand everything. The office staff was very kind and polite. My wait time was just as I was told, I was in and out within an hour to pick out my glasses and frames. I will definitely be a returning patient. Thanks so much.
This was my first ever visit to this place and it was an awesome appointment! The nurse who did all of the eye pictures and blood pressure in the eyes was SO knowledgeable I thought she was the actual optometrist! The doctor was very thorough and discussed a condition I have that I did not know about and should have been told about when I was a patient of Baird! They had a HUGE selection of frames and were very thorough when it came to measuring the bifocals and getting all the features I wanted in my glasses. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michiana Eye Center for your optical needs A-++++ PS: I arrived early for my appointment and my appointment started early which is hugely respectful of my time!!

I had an eye injury and the staff at the hospital recommended I go to you for follow up care. The staff was extremely friendly and got me in immediately without an appointment. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was kind and professional.
