Dr. Ardill is truly one of the kindest, most professional, and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. Over the past three years, he has carefully treated my young son’s eyesight, and the results have been remarkable. When we first visited, my 7-year-old son needed glasses of around 400 degrees. Today, his prescription has improved to about 50–100 degrees—something we never imagined was possible at the beginning. Dr. Ardill is incredibly patient and gentle with children. The way he communicates with my son—with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care—often moves me deeply as a parent. Under his treatment plan, my son may not even need glasses in the next year or two, which once felt impossible to us. Before coming here, we had spent a great deal of money visiting one of the most famous eye hospitals in Beijing, yet my son’s vision showed little improvement. The attentive care and expertise we received here have made a tremendous difference. Dr. Steve also assisted Dr. Ardill in caring for us twice, and he is equally wonderful and compassionate. Our whole family is deeply grateful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent and trustworthy eye care.

Very detail orientated work up and Dr. Su took the time to explain the process and the options for my sight. He and the staff were very friendly and very enjoyable to learn from and trust my eye health to. Great experience overall and really Informative.

From the minute I walk in the door till the minute I walk out, the service, care, & treatment is 1st class. Thorough examinations, clear feedback of findings & expectations of how my vision issues will progress is spot-on. Our Town is so fortunate to have such a great team of eye specialists here.

I really love Dr Byrd, she's the best. But I wasn't impressed with some of the other staff. The first girl was new and learning in taking my 👀 eye exam. She let me slide and guess the letters too many times. Then at checkout it was lunch time and they just let me sit there, to check out. Mind you there was staff behind the desk. Finally I got up and asked to be checked out. They never said someone will be with you shortly. I wasn't impressed with the staff at all.
