I've now been to Healthy Eyes Optometry in Folsom twice, and I can honestly say they have earned my trust. Every visit has been a great experience, and the entire team consistently provides outstanding customer service and exceptional eye care. A special thank you to Eric, the technician, who was energetic, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. He made me feel comfortable from the start and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Dr. Walker was excellent. She thoroughly explained the health of my eyes in a way that was easy to understand, provided an honest assessment, and shared helpful tips on how to better care for my vision. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and the time she took to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I also want to recognize Fatima, the office manager. She went above and beyond to have my eyeglasses ready in an incredibly short amount of time. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded my expectations and made the entire experience even better. It's rare to find a team that consistently delivers this level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Everyone at Healthy Eyes Optometry made me feel valued as a patient, not just another appointment on the schedule. Very friendly staff! Everyone my son and I worked with was great.the appointments were easy to schedule. We were able to schedule an appointment a day within scheduling. They followed up to know we could do same day if that worked better for us. We both went for the first time today had a very enjoyable experience. Had our exams and ordered our glasses and were out the door! Highly recommend 😀

The appointment booking and attention to detail at Healthy Eyes was great before I even stepped through the door. They caught some issues on my intake form that were causing issues with my insurance eligibility. That’s the sign of staff who truly care about new patients and the experience they have. Everyone at the office from reception to optometry exam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place!

I had a very pleasant eye exam. The staff were all very nice and in a good mood. What mattered to me the most is my doctor was very experienced and knowledgeable. She actually cared to take the time to accurately dial in the eye prescription and fine tune everything. She didn't rush through it. Also she answered all my questions with in depth knowledge and I could tell she actually knows what she is talking about and not just giving templated answers. I definitely recommend this clinic, I decided to look for a new clinic because my previous ones felt sub par and this one is absolutely better than the other ones I have been a patient at in Sac area.

The entire staff is fabulous. Always greeted when you walk in and acknowledged when you leave. The Drs are so attentive, caring and kind. I always feel like I’m in good hands.
