I had an excellent experience at HCA Florida Health Center. Dr. Garcia and Aidil, MA, were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff was friendly, and the office was clean and efficient. I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Garcia and the team to anyone looking for outstanding medical care. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had a wonderful visit today with Dr. Garcia De Arrieta. Very informative 👏 I also want to mention the young lady that's assisting her, I believe her name is Aydiell. She was wonderful, very pleasant to talk to and explained all my questions. Very nice young lady, respectful and manners 👏 first person in a doctor's office to ask me about my mental health, and sometimes we're going through issues and we don't even realize it. I really appreciated the visit and interaction with all the staff that I've encountered!!! Great job 👏.

I just moved here to take care of family and I called and asked very basic questions, was very respectful and polite and got yelled at by the front desk. I have never had such a terrible experience trying to book an appointment somewhere and when I used to be a receptionist if I had reacted that way I would’ve been fired on the spot. I am never one to write any reviews or get upset but I was mistreated and I had to hang up on her because I was about to cry with the way she was speaking to me. Patients are usually in very vulnerable positions you should never treat somebody the way I was just treated especially when it is your job!!
