First visit didn't go very smooth but now that I have a new Doctor and wow she is a great Doctor. She puts you at ease but definitely prioritizes health. Easy to talk to, answers questions and makes sure you understand what she is explaining. Clean office and nurses are also very nice and acomadating, you feel like a person and not just a piece of meat.
The staff is very wonderful. The office space and lobby is clean and comfortable. My nurse and Doctor was nice and explained everything step by step. The front desk was very polite And professional, she acknowledged me. It made my nervousness go away instantly. I definitely will be establishing this health center as my primary health provider. One more additional bonus my doctor was a woman. That’s a very big deal for me as a woman. She is very educated and beautiful, all the more reason I felt confident that I was in good hands
I gave the medical Assistant my scripts and so the doctors would have all my med info. It's taken 4 times to get them right. Dr Brandy Bulter has a terrible demeanor. Can't wait to get out of the room with you. If you ask questions. She tell you that your Intense. I was direct because she was rushing out of the room. Fr Brandy Bulter needs to take a course on actually being concerned about her .patients. Not a welcoming environment!!!!
Avoid faatz at all costs, she does not care about the well being of her patients. She sends in meds my mom's insurance doesnt cover, Argues about other doctors orders and recommendations. She was rude to me for the last time today with my mother, she threatened me with the cops because I wouldn't leave my mother alone with her in triage & threatened to report me for abuse against my mother because i wouldn't leave, this place is a joke. Also the law showed up and did a wellness check on my mother & i am switching her doctor! This lady only cares about her paycheck!
This Heart of Florida Clinic in The Villages and the Provider I see there are very good and efficient at time management. Norine Faats is very thorough and caring and I’m pleased with her warm greetings and smiles when she comes in the waiting room. LM
