St Lukes At The Villages

My husband and I saw Dr. Causey for the first time and he is wonderful! He was personable, professional and thorough, explaining his findings clearly. He and his assistant were prompt, getting both of us in and out in an hour, unlike our previous provider where we had to plan on several hours, most of them spent waiting!

I was taken in on-time and everyone was so pleasant and professional! I was very comfortable and at ease. The best thing was that even as a new patient I was able to get an appointment the next morning. I was so grateful. The doctor was very nice and took care of my issue. I will continue to be followed by Dr. Causey. Thank you!

The staff and Doctor were very professional and friendly. They explained the process along the way and they also moved quickly through the process and didn’t make you wait for long periods of time. The building is extremely clean. I highly recommend them for your health needs.

What a positive experience from the moment I walked in the door to the second that I left when my appointment was over. Compared to my previous eye doctor’s office, they deserve 100 stars for being so welcoming, personable and professional. Dr. Gordon Keehn is so caring and Hannah is so great. The facility is spacious, very clean, well maintained, seems brand new! Staff are efficient, professional, friendly! Scheduling well controlled, there was no wait. Got in at the time I was scheduled. Dr. Causey is very experienced, professional, friendly and answered my questions at the level I asked them. Im very pleased with St. Lukes Brownwood and with Dr. Causey & staff. I plan to remain a life long patient & enthusiastically recommend him & St. Lukes to others!
