Dori Carlson was so rude and disrespectful to me and my son today. This was the first time ever meeting her and from the moment she sat down to listen to what my son was explaining to her about his vision, she was mean and yelling at him!!! I've never seen anyone in the medical field act like that to a patient, especially a child. And after she figured out my son needed a correction in his left eye she didn't care, or offer a new prescription. She basically told us to leave and said my son was a liar! (Because his right eye was the one bothering him). The girls that work out front are always amazing, professional, and extremely nice. I'm still in shock of how cruel she was to us, when we got into our vehicle my son look over and asked me if he did something wrong! 😔
