My experience was wonderful! Nakia was friendly and efficient. Explained the process thoroughly and had a great time chatting while we waited for the Dr. Next door, Jared was very helpful and explained the pros and cons of add ons plus what some of the different options meant. He broke down the costs before making any decisions. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.
I was extremely happy after my exam due to the professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. They took plenty of time to listen and had a great sense of humor which goes a very long way with me. I made my appointment yesterday and was seen today. 6 /8 weeks was the earliest I found locally. I highly recommend.
Had my eye exam at National Eyecare Associates this morning, and I have to say, it was of the best exams I've had in quite a while, and I was dreading it initially. I cant remember the young lady who took care of me, she was a technician and was so professional and concise. Walked me thru all the testing and took me back to the exam room where I met Dr. Butler,remotely. It was an amazing experience. She took her time, she was thorough and explained everything she was doing, listen to my questions, answered on a level that I understood. It was phenomenal, I hope I can request her for my next exam.
Great place for an eye exam and rX! Have seen both in house, (Dr. Donald White) and remote doctors, and the process is quick and easy. Have had great experiences with both. Lencrafters is next door, so it makes the whole process very efficient and customer focused.
I have NEVER in my life had to spend 3 hours in a eye doctors office, the first time I went in they were an hour behind so I had to come back for the doctor part so I go back that Friday on my day off and sit in there for hours, this is unacceptable, then they don't call you back when they say they are, you leave a message no return call. This being I first time using you all and will be the last. I am blown away and you are running a business this way. I don't want excuess on well the doctor is running behind NOT MY PROBLEM! I will say that the people at the desk have been nice.
