I had a great experience at LensCrafters! I have a very strong prescription AND I need smaller frames, so finding glasses that actually fit my face and don’t leave me looking through two Coke bottles can be a bit of an adventure. 😂 They were wonderful about helping me find frames that fit properly and looked good on me, and they were able to make my lenses incredibly thin considering how strong my prescription is. I was honestly amazed at how good they looked when I picked them up. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient, and I never felt rushed while trying on frames. Great experience all around, and I absolutely love my glasses!

Sheryl was amazing and very helpful. She waited patiently while I made up my mind on 2 pair of glasses. And helped me get the best deal for my dollar. I will be coming back again in the future.

I Have had several positive experiences with this location. They have a large selection of glasses including high ends like Versace, Prada, & Gucci. I found myself loving a pair of versace and gucci Frames, so I got both. I Also took my daughter there as well. She found some Ralph Laurens that they were able to order/ get, in a smaller size. After receiving the glasses they kept sliding down her nose, so later that same day we went back up to the location for an adjustment. Unfortunately the location was just closing. The rep. Saw us, called us back and asked about our concerns. She just asked us to wait outside, as they were technically closed but still gave her glasses another adjustment. That was above and beyond. Thanks guys ...we will continue to use this location.

I broke one of the nose pads to my expensive Oakley glasses and kind of felt depressed about it. I was worried that I would have to send it in and be an expensive fix. My brother thought I should go to LensCrafters. I was reluctant but I did anyways. And they fix my glasses within 5 minutes or less. I asked how much do I owe them for fixing it. They said it was free and just give us a good review. So, here I am give them five stars because they deserve it.

I recently purchased both prescription glasses and sunglasses from LensCrafters, and I had an excellent experience. Rebecca was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my options, helped me find frames that fit my style and needs, and made sure I was comfortable with my choices.
