Excellent customer service. Staff and doctor were fantastic. Great selection of eye wear as well. I love that you see a doctor in person. No viirtual stuff

They run very smooth and quickly. I called and got an appointment the very next day. I came in and they are very polite, inviting, and quick. The Dr was very informative and helped get me seeing better than 20/20. I was able to order contacts, glasses, and safety glasses at a good cost, with my insurance, and they did a good job helping me to pick out new glasses to fit the current style and upgrade me from my old grandpa glasses lol. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10, so get an appointment with them asap if they’re in your network.

I thought I might have had to cancel my appointment (new insurance info hadn’t arrived yet) however they were able to locate all my info thru my company and within a matter of minutes. Between exams, glasses fittings, and ordering contacts, I was in and out under an hour. Every member of the staff was so familiar with the process, it was hard not to get every need and consideration covered in a most timely of manners. Eye care can be so hassle-free when it’s done by the right people!

I love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and I always receive the best service. Ms. Alicia is amazing at the front desk. She starts the service off wonderfully by greeting you as soon as you walk in. The young lady that assisted me before the doctor did amazing as well. She was well informed and so polite. Dr. Bellflower was also very respectful, funny, and knows his craft very well. It ended off with me picking out the perfect frames with Ms. Rita. She worked so hard to help me find the right ones and she was so down to earth. I’m so glad that the previous practice I went to closed down because I’m so happy to be a patient at this location now. Thank you to the entire team!!!

The whole Hampton staff is really nice. But I have talk about one person in particular. Ms. Rita...I absolutely love Rita! She helped me pick out the perfect frames and took her time to make sure the fit would be comfortable and centered perfectly. She truly cares and wants to make sure you are happy with your glasses. Best experience ever because of her. I truly appreciate everything she did today. I hope they know how lucky they are to have such an amazing person working there.
