Immediate customer service when I walked in with a prescription for my son. Located in the Lynnhaven Mall by JC Penny's. Two options for parking are garage and surface. Both free. Great selection of brands, but ultimately nothing worked. They offer 40% off prescription glasses promo now. Prior to leaving a follow up from another rep.
Very pleased with my experience here. Heidi was so helpful and patient with me, even though I had to get my lenses remade multiple times. She really made sure I left with glasses that are perfect for me, and I’m so thankful and happy with my purchase!
Lost my glasses in the ocean. 😢 But luckily I was able to find this store and get a temporary pair since my prescription was too strong and it wasn't something they had on hand. For less than $100 (with the labor day sale) and an hour of shopping in the mall they are located in, I was able to get something I could see out of until I'm back home tomorrow.
I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Trisha! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
Was helped by an employee but she was slightly rude in that she rolls her eyes when I simply told her I had a question. Also she smudged my glasses when she sprayed them down by not drying them all the way, they were fine before. She did adjust my glasses for me though which is what I politely asked.
