Thorough, efficient in a small inviting environment. I have had 2 family members come here both had excellent care and were impressed at how responsive their office was compared to their previous eye doctor. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Shalane Perlowsky's office is joined to the Virginia Beach Sam's Club. I went to her for eye glasses and contact lenses and my experience with her office was outstanding. Everyone was helpful and personable - and I felt that they were truly listening to ensure the correct prescription and satisfactory experience. Dr. Perlowsky made me feel at ease and was knowledgeable (but spoke in terms I could understand). I felt she cared about my eye care and didn't make me feel like "just another customer". I recommend her to others!

She is very professional but also has a deep concern for her patients. She made sure to give me the best prescription. That meant a lot to me as indifference seemed to be the norm. The person at the front, Alex,was also very professional and helpful...as well. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Perlowsky has treated me over the last several years and it has been, by far, the best eye care experience(s) I have ever received. Dr Perlowsky continuously goes out of her way to take care of me a routine basis, explains the procedures and processes in full detail, and has seen me on a walk-in, emergency basis several times, and has solved my issue on the spot every time. I cannot express my gratitude enough. It is a wonderful experience every time.

Very friendly, personal service. Never a long wait and can always get an appointment time to suit my schedule. Would recommend to anyone.
