The entire experience at this office was excellent. With over 60 years of wearing glasses, I can confidently say this has been my best experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. Dr. Seim takes the time to truly listen to my questions and explains everything clearly in terms I can easily understand. The team also spent an enormous amount of time helping me choose a new pair of glasses, and I never once felt rushed. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism and exceptional patient care.

The whole experience was great. I feel Dr.Seim is very thorough and the staff professional and kind. I especially enjoyed my time with Michelle while selecting my glasses. She made spending the money fun! Thank you for the smiles and laughs.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Siem’s for 24 years. I drive 2 1/2 hours from NC because I trust Dr Siem, he is the best in the business. He and his professional team are friendly, caring and always welcoming.

On June 15, 2026 I had a regular eye exam to get a new glasses prescription. I have a VSP vision plan for it and my co-pay is $20 + I paid from my pocket $39 for a digital retinal imaging. Now I received a new bill from Atlantic Eye Care on $40 for another co-pay. When I called to the billing department the lady said to me: we billed you via your Anthem health insurance and not from your VSP vision insurance. Why? I called to VSP and lady said to me for such type of eye exam your people must use my VSP insurance and not my main health insurance. I am not going to pay you an additional $40 for your dishonest way to use my wrong insurance. I will post this review to the Social Media and let people to know how you taking advantage of your new patients.

Excellent work. The most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. And the eyeglasses arrived in only 10 days.
